Is the managing partner of Bailey & Bailey, LLC, having founded the firm in 1998 with his late father, Lawrence R. Bailey, Sr., He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School in 1988 and has a B.S from Syracuse University.

Description of Practice Engaged in General Litigation, Construction Law and Real Estate. Mr. Bailey has broad experience in Negligence, Products Liability and Commercial Law.

Everett Hopkins

Counsel to the Firm


Is of Counsel to the firm. He is licensed to practice in the State of New York and in the District of Columbia. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Communications from Hunter College of the City University of New York in January, 1979 and a Juris Doctor from the State University of New York of Buffalo in September 1982 He is currently the managing partner of the Hopkins Law Group.

Since December 1990, Mr. Hopkins has conducted a general law practice concentrating on: real estate matters including closings for single and multiple dwelling, residential and commercial property; litigation of real property interests, foreclosures, landlord/tenant and bankruptcy matters. Since 1992 he periodically served as a New York State Supreme Court appointed Receiver of rents and royalties for foreclosure properties and corporate property in bankruptcy.
